Legal Information

This page states who operates Solanaverse, under what legal form, what the software does, and what it does not do. For a plain description of the product and how custody works, see About Solanaverse.

Legal Form and Registration

Solanaverse is operated by an individual, publishing under the name benofficial. It is not a registered company, partnership or other legal entity, and therefore has no company registration number to publish. There are no employees, no investors and no parent organisation.

The operator does not publish a personal address. Written enquiries — including from security vendors, reputation services and researchers — are answered at info@solanaverse.ai. Domain control can be demonstrated on request by DNS record or file upload.

The same operator runs benofficial.dev and id.benofficial.dev, the identity service Solanaverse authenticates against.

Licensing

No financial licence is held, and none is required for what this software does. Solanaverse is not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, custodian or payment service. It is a self-custody interface: it prepares blockchain transactions, and your own wallet software displays and signs them.

Specifically, Solanaverse does not:

  • hold, control, or take deposits of anyone's funds or tokens
  • accept, convert or pay out government-issued currency
  • operate an exchange, an order book, or a matching engine
  • offer investment, tax or legal advice, or any managed or discretionary service
  • promise, quote or imply a return on anything

Solanaverse is an independent application built on Solana. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Solana Foundation or Solana Labs. The name refers to this toolkit and implies no relationship with the protocol’s maintainers, and Solanaverse does not provide the Solana network itself — it is one application among many that use it.

What the Software Does

Solanaverse builds transactions on the Solana blockchain for tasks a token creator or holder would otherwise perform with command-line tools: creating SPL tokens and NFTs, providing liquidity to public automated-market-maker pools, routing swaps through public aggregators, locking tokens on a vesting schedule, running a presale, distributing tokens to a list of recipients, and reclaiming rent from closed accounts.

Every action that moves value is authorised by your own wallet, on your own device. The operator has no ability to move, freeze or access your assets. No page on this site has a password field, and no page ever requests a seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key.

Lending

Solanaverse includes a collateralised lending program in which the operator is the sole lender. As of the date below it is deployed only to Solana's devnet test network, which uses valueless test tokens. It is not available on mainnet and no real funds are lent or borrowed through it.

Stating it plainly for the avoidance of doubt: if that program is enabled on mainnet, the operator would act as the lender, funding loans from their own capital and earning interest on repayment, with borrowers forfeiting posted collateral if a loan is not repaid within its term. That would be disclosed on this page at the time, and the description above updated. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim that it will never happen.

Fees

Solanaverse charges no fee of its own. There is no platform fee on swaps, no cut of presale proceeds, and no subscription.

Costs you do pay go to third parties, not to us: Solana network transaction fees and account rent, the trading fees charged by whichever liquidity pool a swap routes through, and — where a swap is routed via a third-party aggregator — that aggregator's own platform fee. Those are set by the networks and protocols involved and are outside the operator's control.

No Advice and No Warranty

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Creating a token confers no value on it, and Solanaverse makes no representation about any token, pool, or project created with these tools — including tokens created by other users.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a transaction you sign cannot be recalled by us, by the operator, or by anyone else. You are responsible for reading each transaction your wallet presents before approving it, and for the security of your own wallet and keys. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Solanaverse to impersonate anyone, to defraud, or for any purpose unlawful where you are. Tokens and collections you create are yours, and you are responsible for what you name them, what you claim about them, and how you distribute them.

Reports of abuse of these tools are welcome at security@solanaverse.ai and are acted on.

Privacy

Solanaverse runs no advertising, sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and sells no data to anyone. There is no user profiling and no marketing email.

Two cookies are set, both restricted to this site and both necessary for sign-in to work: a session cookie issued after you sign in, and an identifier used to complete the sign-in exchange. There is no Solanaverse password to store — sign-in is a redirect to id.benofficial.dev, so no credential is ever entered on solanaverse.ai.

Two third-party services receive limited technical data: an error-monitoring service, configured with personal-data capture switched off and with any account identifier hashed before it is sent, and a page performance service that records anonymous load timings. Wallet addresses you connect are public blockchain data by nature. Requests to blockchain and pricing providers are proxied through this site's own servers rather than made from your browser, so those providers do not receive your address directly.

Domain and Impersonation

solanaverse.ai is the only official domain for this application. It was registered on 2 September 2026 by the current operator. Any other domain presenting itself as Solanaverse is not us. If you find one, please report it to the security address below.

Operating a security, reputation or web-filtering service and think this domain is miscategorised? Write to security@solanaverse.ai or info@solanaverse.ai. Every good-faith enquiry is answered, and evidence of domain control is available on request.
